Early-bird registration rates expire May 12, 2016. Payments must be received on or before May 12. If you are pre-registering for online special rates, credit card is the only form of payment accepted. AACP accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Regular registration rates will apply for payments received between May 13–June 30. Last Call online registration will be available through July 27 and onsite at the conference. For payments, refunds, cancellations, receipts and changes to registrations, contact Janet Mudd, staff accountant, at 703-739-2330 ext. 1023.

Refunds will be processed on all cancellations received in writing by June 30, 2016, excluding a $100 administrative fee. Due to meeting costs, no portion of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations after June 30.
