Time Is Running Out—Register for the Annual Meeting Today

Don’t wait to register for the 2012 AACP Annual Meeting—the deadline to register online is Wednesday, June 20. As a meeting registrant, you can continue learning at home with free access to all conference recordings in the AACP Online Learning Center. Want to get a sneak peak at the outstanding sessions slated for the meeting? Visit the Annual Meeting Web site to view the latest programming, which includes the popular Welcome Reception. The school spirit contest returns this year, so plan to join your colleagues in the festivities!

Learn More About Medication Adherence at the Annual Meeting

NCPA will be hosting a medication adherence symposium during the Annual Meeting on Wednesday, July 18 from 7:00 a.m. to Noon. Participants will learn best practices in medication adherence education. Visit the NCPA Web site for more information. Pre-registration is encouraged and ends Friday, June 22. Onsite registration will be available until the symposium is full. 

Medco Scholars Program Seeks Dual-Degree Students

Applications are now being accepted for the Medco Scholars Program. The program provides four scholarships each year to enrolled dual-degree students. The students receive $2,500 per semester for four consecutive semesters, totaling $10,000 over two years. The application deadline is Friday, July 27 at 5:00 p.m. EDT. International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology
The International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology invites abstract submissions for the 7th Asian Conference of Pharmacoepidemiology (ACPE7), Oct. 26-28, in Bengaluru, India. Podium and poster presentation opportunities are available. The deadline for submissions is July 1. For more information visit the meeting Web site.

Robert Wood Johnson Foundation
The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is soliciting third-party nominations for its program, Young Leader Awards: Recognizing Leadership for a Healthier America. Up to 10 awards will be given to young leaders, 40 years of age and under, who offer great promise for leading the way to improved health and healthcare for all Americans.
