Arlington, Va. — The American Journal of Pharmaceutical Education, AACP’s flagship journal, has appointed three new associate editors:
- Jacqui McLaughlin, Ph.D., associate professor and director of the Center for Innovation in Pharmacy Education and Research at UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy;
- William Prescott, Pharm.D., clinical professor and department chair for the Department of Pharmacy Practice in the Division of Education and Teaching Innovation at the University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences; and
- Jonathan Thigpen, Pharm.D., associate professor and assistant dean for curricular innovation and professional development at Samford University McWhorter School of Pharmacy.
In their role as associate editors, they will recruit manuscripts on teaching and the scholarship of teaching and learning, solicit reviewers, initiate review of and make the final decision on manuscripts, serve as the liaison to journal task forces, and participate in Journal meetings and activities.
