Attire at the AACP sessions is business casual. Feel free to be comfortable in slacks, polo shirts, cardigans (for chilly meeting rooms), blazers, blouses and most importantly, comfortable shoes. Attire for the Welcome Reception on Saturday evening is business casual.
Hotel and Travel
All programming will be held at the Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter in San Diego, Calif., Feb. 19-22. The AACP single/double occupancy group rate is $189 (+12.7% tax, 2% San Diego Tourism Marketing District Assessment, and .27% CA Assessment Fee). Discounted guestroom rates will be offered, based on availability, three days pre- and post-meeting dates.
There is a $20.00 (+12.7% tax, 2% San Diego Tourism Marketing District Assessment, and .27% CA Assessment Fee) charge for the 3rd person occupancy per night & a $40.00 (+12.7% tax, 2% San Diego Tourism Marketing District Assessment, and .27% CA Assessment Fee) charge for the 4th person occupancy in room per night.
To reserve a room, please book online or call 1-888-627-8563 and identify yourself with AACP to receive the group discounted rate. The guest room reservation room cut-off date is Tuesday, January 25, 2022, or until allotted guestrooms are sold out. A one-night deposit of room & tax will be charged per room within 60 days of arrival date in order to guarantee. Reservations without a deposit are subject to cancellation without prior notification. Guests have up to 7 days prior to arrival date to cancel for a full refund of deposit. Cancellations made within 6 days or less of arrival date shall forfeit the deposit as penalty.
Important Notice: AACP is the only authorized housing provider of INvigorate 2022. While it is not illegal for a travel firm or booking agent to solicit potential customers, it can be difficult to determine the legitimacy of offers from other companies. We strongly recommend that you do not provide credit card details to any phone solicitors. If you do reserve through one of these companies, AACP cannot guarantee your reservation at the Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter. Please reserve your rooms directly through our registration and hotel process to avoid becoming the victim of fraud.
Staying at the Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter will allow AACP to keep your registration fees at the current rates. If AACP does not achieve a minimum number of overnight accommodations, the price of services will increase registration fees for future programs. Without your support, AACP faces huge financial penalties for unused sleeping rooms.
The closest airport to the Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter is San Diego International Airport (SNA), located only 3.4 miles from the hotel.

Parking: Valet parking and self-parking are available for $50.00 per day.
The goal of the Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter is to meet every person's needs. For people with disabilities, that means providing a fully accessible environment. The hotel complies with the regulations set by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Please make special arrangements ahead of time by contacting the hotel concierge.
AACP does not provide child care services. The Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter does not have nanny services available.
Typical temperatures in San Diego during the meeting dates tend to range from the low 50s to 60s. We recommend packing layers to accommodate various weather conditions.
The Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter is a pet-friendly hotel. Pet-friendly rooms are available at $50 per pet per stay. You must notify the hotel that you are requesting a pet-friendly room when you book your reservation.

Registration
Visit the Registration portion of AACP’s INvigorate 2022 website for more information regarding registration as soon as it opens. Reminder: members must be logged into the AACP website with their username and password to access the member registration rates.
Your name badge will be available onsite at the AACP Registration and Information Desk. The Registration and Information desk is your hub for any questions you may have while at INvigorate 2022. Please see below for times the Registration and Help Desk will be open:

Refunds will be processed on all cancellations received in writing by Friday, January 21, 2022, excluding a $75 administrative fee. Due to meeting costs, no portion of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations after Jan. 21. Yes! Guest registration is $175 and includes entrance to the Welcome Reception on Saturday, Feb. 19 and continental breakfast before the sessions. This registration does not apply to faculty, administrators and/or staff of pharmacy schools. The CEO Deans Networking Reception is not included.
For health and safety considerations, children under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend any functions. Those 16 years old or older must still be registered as a guest.

Yes. INvigorate 2022 offers several programs designed with CEO Deans in mind:
- AACP New Deans Program: Experienced CEO Deans will facilitate discussions about leading a college/school of pharmacy, the 2021-2024 AACP Strategic Plan, and AACP programs related to institutional research and effectiveness, leadership, research/scholarship, interprofessional education and advocacy. Additional materials for new deans are available in AACP Connect. Interim CEO Deans and CEO Deans who have been in their roles for three years or less are invited to participate.
- Connections and Conversations: CEO Deans: Join colleagues for an opportunity to share ideas, learn from each other’s challenges and successes of the past year, and make new connections to begin INvigorate 2022. Connect with other CEO Deans while engaging in roundtable discussions on timely issues.

Continuing Education
Yes. Attendees will be able to earn up to 11.00 hours of CE credits following the successful completion of accredited continuing education activities at INvigorate 2022. Please refer to the continuing education webpage or programming page for more information on the sessions offering CE credit. Participating sessions are marked as such with a NABP/ACPE program number, activity type, and the number of contact hours (CEUs).
AACP is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Attendees must register, complete and submit CE session evaluations by accessing the online AACP CE Administration software program, Learning Express CE (LECE): https://aacp.learningexpressce.com. With the Access Code provided at the conclusion of each accredited continuing education session, attendees must complete the activity evaluation for each session they are requesting continuing education credit. CPE credit information will be electronically transmitted to CPE Monitor. Pharmacists should log in to their NABP e-profile to access information about their completed CPE and to print a valid statement of credit if needed. Attendees will have 45 days following INvigorate 2022 to complete the evaluations. Access to session activity evaluations in LECE will be denied after Friday, April 8, 2022, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
