Hosted by the Leadership Development SIG
A number of mentorship models have been used in academic professional development in pharmacy education. Some institutions have highly structured mentorship programs, while others use informal mentorship, including self-identified mentorship partnerships. Both formal and informal strategies have pros and cons. This session will explore various formal and informal mentorship models that can be used in professional development for faculty, staff, and administrators through cases and group discussion.
