Presented by the COF Junior Faculty Community.

It is no secret that the success of an academician depends on the three pillars: teaching, scholarship, and service; however, it can be difficult to navigate how to best manage these pillars through the different phases of a faculty career. In this webinar, we will provide a toolkit to (re)assess and (re)engage with your professional “why” and how this relates to balancing your current workload to align with your future roadmap.

Target Audience

This webinar is designed for pharmacists and pharmacy educators.

Webinar Objectives

  • Identify your “why” as it relates to your professional identity.
  • Examine your current role and workload relative to balancing the buckets of teaching, scholarship, and service.
  • Define one actionable step per academic pillar and the subtasks and deadlines associated in order to create a professional roadmap for the next academic year.
