This webinar will discuss how to efficiently incorporate student and resident learners into all aspects of the academic triad, with a focus on scholarly activity. Strategies for student goal setting, project management and research activity organization will also be described and then practiced by webinar participants.
Objectives:
- Align your practice and scholarship goals with student and resident learners
- Identify methods to incorporate different levels of learners into research opportunities in your own teaching and practice
- Describe various project management and organizational tools to efficiently manage learners
- Apply the use of SMART goals and micro-goals to create a mock project schedule
