*Spouse/guest registration includes entrance to the Welcome Reception on Saturday, July 13; Exhibitors’ Opening Reception on Sunday, July 14; Exhibitors’ Boxed Lunch on Monday, July 15; and a ticket to the Closing Reception on Tuesday, July 16. It also includes a continental breakfast before the sessions and meetings on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. This registration does not apply to faculty, administrators and/or staff of pharmacy school. This is in addition to a paid full conference registration fee.

Note: First year faculty at institutional member schools are eligible to receive a $100 discount off of early bird registration. Please email AACP to verify eligibility; discount does not apply during second year of free membership and you must register by the early bird deadline.

**To complement the Science Plenary and other Annual Meeting sessions, personal genotyping is available for a limited number of attendees. This will offer insight into your personal pharmacogenomics data and provides you with innovative tools you can employ to educate your students about pharmacogenomics and precision medicine. You can add genotyping to your current registration or select it as part of a new meeting registration. Once registered, participants will receive instructions on how to provide a saliva DNA sample for analysis onsite. Early-bird registration rates expire May 17, 2019. Payments must be received on or before May 17, 2019, credit card is the only form of payment. AACP accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Regular registration rates will apply for payments received between May 18–June 21, 2019. Last Call online registration will be available through July 17, 2019 and onsite at the conference. Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be processed on all cancellations received in writing by June 14, 2019, excluding a $100 administrative fee. Due to meeting costs, no portion of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations after June 14, 2019.
