Stuck getting your first grant or unsure of how to develop a continuous line of funding? Finding it challenging to make time for grant writing? It can be challenging to identify appropriate grant funding and fit writing in with all of the other faculty responsibilities that vie for your attention. The goal of this session is to share examples and best practices to obtain viable streams of funding for early- and mid-career faculty.
Objectives:
- Describe grant opportunities available for early- and mid-career faculty.
- Identify institutional resources available to support the grant writing and submission process.
- Relate best practices in obtaining grant funding.
