Serving in a leadership role inevitably means that one will face challenges, setbacks, and crises, often referred to as the turbulent times. Working proactively, being innovative, and taking bold action are just a few of the action steps for leading through turbulent times. This webinar will discuss some various scenarios that might occur during one’s leadership and will provide a collection of mindsets and habits, use of strengths, and behaviors that can be used to become authentic leaders during the turbulent times.

Objectives:

  1. Explore different leadership challenges that can occur during turbulent times.
  2. Examine principles of leadership and innovative thinking and crisis management
  3. Apply leadership styles to real world examples of turbulent times.
  4. Evaluate the relationship between leadership and collaboration and examine ways to achieve win/win outcomes.
