Serving in a leadership role inevitably means that one will face challenges, setbacks, and crises, often referred to as the turbulent times. Working proactively, being innovative, and taking bold action are just a few of the action steps for leading through turbulent times. This webinar will discuss some various scenarios that might occur during one’s leadership and will provide a collection of mindsets and habits, use of strengths, and behaviors that can be used to become authentic leaders during the turbulent times.
Objectives:
- Explore different leadership challenges that can occur during turbulent times.
- Examine principles of leadership and innovative thinking and crisis management
- Apply leadership styles to real world examples of turbulent times.
- Evaluate the relationship between leadership and collaboration and examine ways to achieve win/win outcomes.
