Achieving that first promotion or landing that next position is like a peak itself, but it’s just the next path to a new adventure. Follow the paths of seasoned pharmacy educators and learn how they managed challenges from early to mid to senior level and how they are planning for the next chapter in their story. Participants will explore the many realms of pharmacy education that exist on the other side of the academic bifrost.
Objectives:
- Identify the various career pathways in Pharmacy Education.
- Develop some ideas and action items to help them discover the next chapter in their professional story.
- Discuss potential peer networks and coaches that can support faculty development.
