The purpose of this webinar is to describe teaching models of social determinants of health in various settings for pharmacy learners. Faculty will share innovative learning opportunities that address social determinants of health at their institutions and/or in local communities. Faculty will also discuss the integration of COEPA outcomes into these experiences.
Objectives:
- Describe teaching models of social determinants of health (SDOH) for pharmacy learners
- Connect learning opportunities related to SDOH to AACP COEPA outcomes
- Describe lessons learned when implementing similar initiatives on SDOH
