AACP has blocked rooms at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center for the 2022 AACP Annual Meeting, July 23-27, in Grapevine, Texas, for attendees to enjoy exceptional lodging during the meeting. After registering for Pharmacy Education 2022, you will receive information to book your hotel accommodations, including room rates, a direct reservation link and more.
To book a room in AACP’s hotel block, please reserve your room online rather than over the phone. A link to reserve your room in AACP's hotel block can be found in the confirmation email you received immediately after registering. If you did not receive your registration confirmation email or cannot locate it, please reach out to mail@aacp.org and a new one will be sent to you as soon as possible.
Staying at the designated AACP hotel will allow AACP to keep your registration fees at the current rates. If AACP does not achieve a minimum number of overnight accommodations, the price of services will increase registration fees for future programs. Without your support, AACP faces significant financial penalties for unused sleeping rooms.

COVID-19 Safety
COVID-19 safety is one of our top priorities when it comes to Pharmacy Education 2022. In order to attend in person this year, AACP will require that attendees provide proof of a full COVID-19 vaccination before they will be permitted to attend the conference. Per the CDC COVID-19 vaccination guidance, “fully vaccinated” is defined as having received all doses in the primary series. This means you are considered fully vaccinated if you have received 2 doses in the primary series of Pfizer or Moderna, or 1 dose in the primary series of Johnson and Johnson. People are best protected when they stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations, which includes getting boosters when eligible.
We will accept either a physical or digital copy of your CDC-issued Vaccine Card to serve as your proof of vaccination when you arrive onsite. Please contact Grant Ward if you have any questions or require assistance.
AACP monitors the most recent guidance on vaccines provided by the CDC and will update our policy accordingly if that changes substantively. All registrants will be notified via email and updates to our Pharmacy Education 2022 meeting materials.

AACP Discounted Gaylord Texan Room Rates
The group rate is $220 a night inclusive of our $18 resort fee.
Parking: On-site parking is complimentary for attendees who reserve a room through our designated room blocks. Valet parking is available at a rate of $42 a night
Room Reservation Cut-off Date: The cut-off date for reservations is July 1, 2022. After this date, rooms will be confirmed on a space-available basis at the group rate.
AACP Registration Change, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be processed on all cancellations received in writing by June 24, 2022, excluding a $100 administrative processing fee. Due to meeting costs, no portion of the registration will be refunded for cancellations after June 24, 2022. Changes to your registration or events cannot be made online once you have already registered for the meeting. Transportation to/From Grapevine
The Gaylord Texan is accessible via the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) located 6 miles South of the hotel. The average cost of a taxi to and from the airport is about $19 one way.
