The annual Funded Research Grant Data (FRGD) report captures research funding from all extramural sources (e.g., NIH and other federal funding agencies, associations, foundations, industry, state agencies) to Principal Investigators (PI, including MPI and Project Leads on NIH grants) or Co-PIs/Co-Investigators (Co-I) who are faculty members, staff, and/or trainees (students, postdoctoral fellows, and residents) at colleges and schools of pharmacy. For inclusion in the FRGD report, the funded work must include aims and scope that will create new knowledge or develop or contribute to generalizable knowledge in education, health, technology, practice or patient care. The funded work must be investigator-initiated, competitive and peer-reviewed.
This page is intended to provide uniform guidance on what grants and awards should be included in the FRGD report submitted by colleges and schools of pharmacy. A checklist for determining eligibility of individuals awards is also available.
