Council of Sections

Council of Sections (COS)

The Council of Sections (COS) is composed of the administrative officers (chair-elect, chair, immediate past chair) of all AACP Sections and Administrative Board that represents the collective interests of the Sections. AACP Members may join up to two Sections. For a full description of each Section and the officers please see the list of Sections below.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Council of Sections is to represent and advocate for the collective interests of the Sections of the Association.

Council of Deans

The Council of Deans is comprised of individual active, affiliate, and emeritus members who are deans, or administrative heads of regular institutional members, who are administrative heads (or their designee) of affiliate institutional members, associate or assistant deans of regular or affiliate institutional members who select membership in the Council of Deans, or who are professional staff members of the Association or the ACPE, or who have achieved emeritus status in such positions.
