2024 Trainee Poster Competition Judges

AACP is seeking volunteers to serve as Judges for this year’s Trainee Poster Abstract Competition, which will be conducted prior to the Pharmacy Education 2024. Trainee Poster Judging Competition will take place online on CadmiumCD platform from June 24, 2024, to June 27, 2024.  If you are available during that time and would like to serve as a Trainee Poster Judge, please complete this volunteer form below by June 3, 2024. This volunteer submission form will open from May 20–June 3, 2024.

After the sign-up closes, judges will be provided with the evaluation criteria and instructions on how to review and score the presentations of the Trainee Poster Competition Finalists in a separate email. Judges will be grouped in teams of three and will be provided with the contact information of the other judges on their assigned team. 

Trainee Poster Competition Finalists will display their posters live in Boston, Massachusetts. Trainee Poster Winners will be announced at the 2024 AACP Annual Meeting.

PLEASE NOTE: To serve as a judge, you must be an active member of AACP and must be registered for the 2024 Annual Meeting to access the trainee poster competition abstracts on CadmiumCD platform. Judges should have at least two years of experience as faculty in pharmacy education; preferably with research experience.

One poster will be recognized in each category:

1. Student pharmacist
2. Graduate student
3. Resident, fellow or post-doctoral trainee

AACP members will submit school posters, annual meeting programming proposals, research and education poster abstracts through the submission portals in the Cadmium Abstract Scorecard.

Pre-Conference

Administrative and Financial Officers Special Interest Group (AFO SIG) Program

$350; $300 with full conference registration. Pre-registration required; registration includes lunch and Saturday’s AFO-SIG programming.
