Pharmacy Faculty Demographics and Salaries

AACP Research

In the Roster and Faculty Salary Survey, AACP asks schools to report demographic, contact and salary information for all full-time faculty, contracted part-time faculty, emeriti, administrators and professional staff. The information collected in this survey is used to update AACP’s Roster of Faculty and Professional Staff and to prepare the Profile of Pharmacy Faculty publication (accessible via the Search for Reports tile) which includes over 100 tables on salary data for full-time faculty on calendar year and academic year appointments. The Profile of Pharmacy Faculty publication is available for non-members to purchase in PDF or excel format (depending on survey year) in the AACP Shop.

Participating institutions may request a peer comparison report. This request needs to be signed by the dean, and due to the potential sensitivity of these data, all final reports are only sent to the dean to forward to appropriate parties.
